Il traffico PeerToPeer è limitato da Microsoft a massimo 10 connessioni simultanee sia in Windows XP SP2 sia in Windows Vista.
Questo diventa un problema se si usano programmi come Emule, Torrent, Tvants, Sopcast, TVUplayer e tutti i programmi che sfruttano il P2P per condividere e scaricare file o flussi in streaming.

per qundows vista dove va messo il tutto dopo che ho scaricato il file zip?

dovresti aprirlo e eseguire la patch64.exe
